Trevor and Wendy Maudsley
Trevour Maudsley has been involved with the Cooktown School of Art Society from the early days. For many of those years he had served as President of the art society. More recently he has given up that role to concentrate on his oil painting.
This lead to his first solo art exhibition - “My Country” at The Vera Scarth-Johnson Interpretive Centre and Art Gallery - Cooktown Botanic Garden's in July, August 2007. Trevors superb graphite drawings and traditional oil paintings were very well received.
