Purchased via the Genesis Art Web Site Genesis Oil Paints are a new type of heat-set oil. The paint is ready to apply without repeated pre-mixing and will stay wet until heated. You need not dry until you are ready or if you want to you can dry very quickly. They are more convenient than oils or acrylics. They do not mix with other oils or acrylics as results are unpredictable. You do not have to clean your brushes even if you will not get back to painting for days, weeks or even months. If you wish to clean brushes wipe off excess paint, swirl in rubbing alcohol or brush cleaner, wipe and repeat. The alcohol quickly cleans and evaporates out of the cleaned brush. You may also clean brushes by using warm water and soap or dishwashing detergent.
